All videos and materials created by VidScalr remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.

Unauthorized use, resale, or redistribution of our services is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability VidScalr is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental losses resulting from the use of our services. You use our services at your own risk.

7. TerminationWe reserve the right to terminate service at any time if a client violates these terms or engages in fraudulent activity.

8. Changes to TermsVidScalr reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
